Shipping Address Changes:

Please note that if you need to change the shipping address for your pre-order or order, you must contact us directly at cs@tf-direct.com. Otherwise, we will use the default PayPal address to ship your package. If the package is lost or returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for any additional fees.
 

Deposit Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a deposit order, please contact us before we send the balance invoice via PayPal. Once the balance invoice is sent, we will not issue a refund. If you fail to complete the balance payment, the order will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.
 

Priority for Full-Payment Customers:

Customers who have made full payments will receive priority processing when limited stock is available.
 

Pending Deposit Orders:

We will hold pending deposit orders for up to 2 weeks. After this period, we will no longer be able to reserve the figure and it may be sent to other customers.

Q: What is a Pre-Order?

A: A pre-order allows you to place an advance order for items that have not yet been released. Once you place the pre-order, we will order the item in advance from our suppliers.

Please note that the pictures and item descriptions for pre-orders are for reference purposes. The color, shape, and design of the final product may differ.

Release dates are set by the manufacturers and are subject to change. We are not liable for any changes to a pre-release date advertised by us, but we will keep you informed of any potential changes.

Q: How do I get charged for a Pre-order?

A: TF-Direct offers two payment options for pre-orders: the Deposit Payment option and the Full Payment option. The funds will be charged immediately based on the payment option you select.
 

Deposit Payment: By paying a small deposit, you can secure the product for a certain period. The deposit will be deducted from the full price of the item.

Full Payment: If the price is reduced when the item is officially released, the difference will be refunded to you. If the price increases, you will not be required to pay the difference. However, if the supplier/ manufacturer significantly raises the price beyond our ability to absorb, we may ask for the additional payment (though this situation is rare). Therefore, with the full payment option, you are guaranteed a price reduction, not an increase, if the price drops upon release.

Full payment orders will be prioritized for shipping when the supplier has reduced the product’s supply.

Q: What happens if the price of my pre-order item changes?

A:

If the price of the pre-ordered item increases upon release, you will not need to pay the difference. This means the final price you pay will be either the same or lower than the price at release. This benefit applies only to full payment pre-orders.

If the balance is not paid within 15 calendar days of receiving the balance payment request notification and the product is in stock, the pre-order contract will be canceled.

Q: When can I cancel my Pre-order?

A: Pre-order quantities are typically based on the orders we receive. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been shipped out by the manufacturer.

Q: How do I cancel a Pre-order?

A: To cancel a pre-order, please send us an email request. We will process a PayPal reversal and refund any money you have paid via your original payment method. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at CS@tf-direct.com.

Q: What happens if the manufacturer decides to stop producing the pre-order item?

A: All pre-order items will be shipped out as soon as they are released. However, during the pre-order period, we are not liable for any changes to the release date or unforeseen circumstances, such as the manufacturer deciding to stop production of the item. In such cases, we will promptly inform you and issue a full refund.
