Unfortunately, due to the stringent IOSS regulations in the European Union, overseas shipments to EU countries now require an IOSS account for the pre-declaration of packages, along with the accurate declaration of the goods' value.
Consequently, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship to EU countries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Previous pre-ordered EU customers will be fulfilled. No need to worry.
If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Alternatively, if you have any suggestions or methods to circumvent customs duties, we would be happy to explore them with you. (Like the UK is without these kinds of questions, If you have friends in the UK or in countries around you that are not part of the EU, we can ship to them, and after that ask for their help and re-send to you. That might be the solution.)

For Australian Customers:
Australia Post has decided to suspend the receiving and processing of entry mail from October 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023. For emails that have been collected or seized but have not left, the International Business Branch will be returned according to the reasons for the postal interruption.
So we have to use another shipping method(E-express) to ship a >2kg package and ask for the additional shipping fee.

Glad to tell you that we've found another cheaper shipping method for items above 2kg.
The additional shipping fee would be US$10~30 or free shipping(Most items will be free shipping). But the shipping time frame will take a little bit longer.

We have to ask you for the additional shipping fee of US$10 for the >1kg package from now on. for the >2kg packages, it keeps the same.
We hate to do so but we have to do so so that we could maintain our website and provide the service.
International shipping is increasing again and again. We have been trying to cover the shipping fee and let our customers, no matter new or loyal, could get the package without any shipping fee since the pandemic came up. And we hope to see the day when the pandemic is over.
But it has already passed 2 years and there was no sign of the shipping fee will be decreased. So we just can't offer free shipping for now. Hope you can understand and we can go through it together. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

The China Post announced that they will charge more shipping fees if the package is over 40cm/15.7'' on one side.[There is a great demand for shipping lately, plus, the pandemic remains serious. So they have to reject/limit some big parcels.] We'll let you know more info if we have to ask you for this fee.

SAL shipping update:
The SAL shipping method, which offers free shipping for items weighing over 2kg, is currently experiencing longer-than-usual delivery times, ranging from 25 to 60+ days. (It usually takes 15-45 days for delivery before.)
Upon inquiry with the shipping company, we learned that this delay is primarily due to two factors: the shift to sea transport and the recent blockade of the Panama Canal, which has necessitated rerouting through the Suez Canal. Unfortunately, the entrance to the Suez Canal is presently under the control of Houthi militants, resulting in significant disruptions to maritime logistics.
In light of these circumstances, we would like to offer an alternative shipping method: EMS, which utilizes air freight for faster delivery. However, please note that opting for EMS will incur an additional shipping fee(based on the actual weight of your order, we'll contact you before we ship).
We kindly request your preference between the 2 options:
SAL: Free shipping, albeit with potential delays.
EMS: Faster delivery, with a shipping fee.
Once the shipping is back to normal, we'll ship your package via SAL directly.
